First time using Gentlebirths pool hire and me and my partner were absolutely blown away.
Not only was Ceri extremely polite during the hiring process, her customer service was impeccable. I accidentally called her around 7pm and she called me back within 10 mins and spend at least 15mins with me on the phone helping me set up the pool and constantly reminded me not to hesitate to call her regardless of the time of day.
In a time of such a precious moment and of urgency i genuinely felt safe with my purchase, the whole way through.

Absolutely amazing service from gentle births birthing pool hire. Everything made VERY easy, from ordering (including advice on what we needed and making sure we had the correct hose connector), to drop off and set up (all made extremely easy for my husband to do a dry run and to set up on the day!) and pick up service also super fast and easy!
We had an absolute dream labour and birth and our beautiful daughter was born at home, still in her sac in the pool!

Amazing service throughout. Clear, friendly and punctual communication. Pool was packaged well, immaculate condition with easy to follow instructions. I can’t recommend use of a pool enough. Following a heavily medicalised birth with my first baby, it was such a beautiful experience to deliver my second baby calmly, at home and surrounded by the people I love.

I would happily recommend the gentle birth pool hire to anybody planning to have a home birth. I was given the details by my community midwife and I'm so pleased with the service I received. I hired the mini birthing pool which was the perfect size for us, the delivery was arranged for when I was available, the pool was easy to use with the instructions provided and Amy was so helpful, even when I emailed on a Sunday night to arrange the pool being collected (which is was the Monday!). I got the home water birth I really wanted and if the need ever arose I would hire another again in a flash!
Highly recommend gentle births. The whole service was seamless and easy and the customer service is so helpful and friendly. Made what could be a stressful added thing to do at the end of pregnancy totally stress free. Would use again for another home birth! Also super comfy and roomy Pool even the mini size!
I'm really late leaving this but we have used Gentle Birthing Pool Hire twice. Both times, the process has been so quick and easy.
Delivery has been quick and on time. Communication is amazing. After our first experience, we had no hesitation in booking with the company for the second time and although this time, baby arrived too quickly, the overall experience using the company has been fantastic. Would highly recommend!
